DigiHIRE reserves the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to DigiHIRE systems.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit any part of the platform except where permitted by law.

• Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
• The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

DigiHIRE does not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant DigiHIRE a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and display such content solely for providing the Services.

7. AI-Powered Features

DigiHIRE uses Artificial Intelligence to support recruitment processes, including candidate assessments, resume analysis, interview workflows, and analytics.

AI-generated outputs are intended solely to assist users. DigiHIRE does not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate selection decisions, or hiring recommendations. Final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of employers, recruiters, and educational institutions.

8. Candidate Data

Organizations using DigiHIRE are responsible for ensuring they have obtained all necessary permissions and legal rights to collect, upload, process, and use candidate information through the platform. DigiHIRE processes such information only for the purpose of delivering its Services.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to DigiHIRE, including software, source code, logos, trademarks, graphics, and documentation remain the exclusive property of DigiHIRE or its licensors.

10. Third-Party Services

DigiHIRE may integrate with third-party services (video conferencing, analytics, cloud hosting). We are not responsible for third-party policies, service availability, or security practices.

11. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. Scheduled maintenance or technical upgrades may temporarily affect access.

12. Fees and Payments

Where applicable, subscription fees, service charges, taxes, and payment terms will be communicated separately. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of Services.

13. Confidentiality

Both DigiHIRE and its users agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during the course of using the Services.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiHIRE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiHIRE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, DigiHIRE's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the Services during the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiHIRE from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

17. Suspension and Termination

DigiHIRE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated or fraudulent activity is suspected.
